Episode (9): Natsu and Village Arc
The 9th episode of this Fairy Tail anime filler list is a short yet adventurous addition to the beautiful story. The episode is quite interesting as Natsu goes around rampaging the village and devours it. The unusual arc of a deserted village lined around with lots of grub is slightly based on eliminating hunger and the struggle through it.
Episode (19-20): The Challenging Arc

Episode (125-150): The Starry Sky Arc

This story arc brings all the missing members of Fairy Tail back into the picture after a long time. Instead of jumping straight back into the story, this arc is introduced. Not all fans appreciated the 7-year break.

The adventurous journey of Lucy and her friends surrounding the mysteries of the Infinity clock is exciting to watch. Add all of it begins after Michelle, Lucy’s cousin comes up with it as the memento left by her father.
The way to find out Lucy’s stolen key would not be easy with the members of Legion Corps intervening in the task.
Episode (202-226): Eclipse Celestial Spirits Arc
This spirited arc is chronologically placed in between the Grand Magic Games arc and the Sun Village arc. The calamities that followed the eclipse have not seized yet and the 12 Zodiac gates somehow stop responding when summoned. The Eclipse Celestial Spirit arc was probably more interesting and phenomenal in execution than the other two celestial spirit arcs.
The appearance of the celestial mages and spirits has altered overnight and their personality did not remain the same. There is a sudden rebellion and demand for freedom. Was what is all of it happening because the Spirit king had gone missing?
Mixed Canon/Filler Episodes
Mixed Canon/Filler Episodes: 20, 49, 69, 151, 182-183, 201, 255, 260, 270, 312
Episode (1-2): Macao Arc
This is the first arc in the list of Fairy Tail Filler mix canon arcs. This introductory arc has only two episodes but it justifies why is it named after the man Macao. These filler/canon episodes revolve around the major events of Lucy and Natsu trying to stop Bora from bending towards criminal actions and rescuing Macao from the clutches of Hakobe.
Lucy and Natsu are in the search of the celestial keys. It is interesting for the fans to see a great start with a newly introduced arc.
Episode (21-29): Phantom Lord Arc
Phantom Lord Arc is the fifth set of a canon mix filler episodes. Beholding the story of war and the challenging task of completing the mission this arc becomes interesting and stretches over a series of 8 episodes. The ruins of the guild headquarter take back the members with shock. This storm of ruins that were found at the headquarters was the introduction to the powerful guild Phantom Lord.
The rival guild Phantom Lord had no intentions of destroying the Fairy Tail. The filler episodes in this arc of Fairy Tail await the viewers with some new characters and mysteries to be solved.
Episode (76-95): Edolas Arc
In the Fairy Tail anime canon, mixed filler list Edolas Arc comes in as the 10th story filler in the anime. Each of the events shown in this arc is happening within a parallel universe. It is certainly the most interesting take on the existence of parallel dimensions within the anime. The story reaches this arc as a hyperdimensional transport spell grows intense enough to pull Magnolia Town and Fairy Tail to this new world.
This parallel universe in which the arc is set sparks the paradox effect. All the characters when attempting to meet their friends on this odd journey discover a shocking side to them. All the friends in this parallel world are turned into bloodthirsty enemies. This another Fairy Tail within the parallel universe has characters contradictory to their original self. This arc certainly becomes one of the heart-wrenching developments in the story for the fans.
Even though this is an important filler arc in Fairy Tail but the adventures of the characters in Edolas are untouched and devoid of fillers.
Episodes (151-203): Grand Magic Games Arc

The Grand Magic Games arc brings the viewers a spectacular design in the plot. There is cutthroat competition between the guilds to determine which one is the best among them.

Episode (276-284): Avatar Arc
This well-executed arc is the precursor to the final arc in Fairy Tail. This one prepares the viewers for the showdown that waits ahead. In a shocking turn of events, Makarov decides to disband the Guild while Natsu geared himself up for the 100-year quest.
The most capturing thing about this arc is Lucy and Natsu’s struggle to bring together the members of Fairy Tail. Fans become emotional while watching the rebuilding of the guild from scratch.
Episode (266-275): Zerø Arc
These mixed canon filler episodes are the most important ones in the terms of the story. These filler episodes in Fairy Tail may not have a large impact on the main storyline but it is important in terms of introduction to the major events within the story. It takes us back to how Fairy Tail was started and about the first master. To sum up it takes us to point zero in the story when the guild had started to take shape.
You get to witness the worst destruction. It takes us through the chronological happenings that led to the creation of the Mage guild Fairy Tail. Mavis heads out for a treasure hunt with three mysterious men leading to the formation of Fairy Tail in process. This can be considered as the prologue or introduction to the enchanting world of mages within this anime.
